Our editorial and medical advisory teams obsess about the latest innovations in health and wellness, and then distill their in-depth research into articles that help consumers quickly understand which products may be best for them.
Curious if the D2C brands you see on Instagram and subway station ads actually work? You know… keep you eating well? Exercising regularly? Looking young, feeling emotionally centered?
As investment continues to pour into consumer wellness startups, it’s challenging to keep up with all the innovation and figure out which are worth trying. We invest hours researching every product we compare and work with a team of medical experts — licensed physicians, dentists, therapists, and more — who review our content to ensure quality and accuracy.

Frequently Asked Questions
We want to be upfront about the fact that we add affiliate links to our posts. These links allow brands to compensate us for the traffic we refer.
We spend thousands of hours researching products in order to keep our reviews authentic and accurate. We are proud that all the information, comparison tools, and personal experiences we share remain objective, independent, and accurate to the very best of our knowledge. If you notice that anything we’ve published is outdated or otherwise untrue, please reach out so we we can correct any misinformation right away.
No, nor do we claim to. When it comes to telemedicine and wellness offerings in general, someone’s individual experience is just one data point, but is often less relevant than other facts. As an example, it would be unwise to try a new brand of contact lenses or birth control, simply because they worked well for someone on our team.
Instead, our goal is to lay out objective facts about the products and brands we review to make it easier for shoppers to make decisions about them. One of those facts may be our personal experience with a product, but not always.
Yes! We work with an accomplished team of board-certified physicians, dentists, personal trainers, therapists, and more who are experts in their field to review everything we publish and ensure medical accuracy. The last thing we want to do is spread misinformation, especially when it comes to healthcare, so we work with credentialed experts with years of experience in the field to raise the bar.
